Today is the first day of my cleanse. I just made a fruit smoothie for breakfast, and it is so yummy, I'm wondering why I haven't been making these all summer! It has a banana, blueberries, mango, soy milk, and whey protein in it. At this point, I'm not missing my cup of coffee at all!I will be off to work in 30 minutes, so this is going to be a short post.
